Every year, CODE Training Services initiates summer programs
for young students to help sharpen their skills and prepare them for the
industry practices. This summer, CTS organized a training for Roots Ivy
International for students interested in Project Management. The focus of the
training was to help these students learn the basics required to start their
entrepreneurial ventures on the principles of project management. They learned
about the necessary concepts particularly about opportunity recognition, idea
generation, project planning and execution.
The most productive aspect of the training has been the
students presenting detailed execution plans of their business idea with
detailed work breakdown structures. The trainer Ms. Nadia Mehreen, Program
Manager at CODE shared industry level insight with the aspiring learners and
helped them strengthen their business ideas by anticipating and managing their
projects risk and quality with appropriate market research.
